PhotoShelter is another popular site I’m involved with. I really like this place. It’s primary function is to help photographers promote and sell their work. Not being a salesman, I find the process overwhelming. Photoshelter makes it easy.
Flickr is one of the best known online photo galleries around, featuring thousands of new images from photographers around the world every minute of the day. Now we come to Wrecked Film & Spent Photographers.
Blogs and web sites are nothing new to me. My first site, Vision One, was a bulletin board before the Internet took over. I’ve had several Vision Ones since then. The most recent was hacked to death last year. I didn’t have it in me to rebuild. It was the first time I didn’t have a reliable backup. I’m trying to keep things simple around here. Basically it’s right out of the Word Press box. That sums up where I’m at now “Right out of the box”. Wrecked, scratched, damaged and forgotten film, old cameras, toy cameras, home-made pinhole cameras and out dated film are all part of Wrecked Film.
